
Farm Fresh Pricing Policy
Product Price and Discounts: Pricing is displayed with the item details in the Product Selection List. Initially you will be offered the List Price as shown in the upper right corner of the item. Over time you may be offered special pricing, such as for customer loyalty, in which case a lower price will be shown below the List Price. This is illustrated in the example. Listed prices on the website will fluctuate from time to time according to environmental conditions and input costs. The price on the day you place your order is locked in for you. You may place orders up to 4 months in advance, securing the price at the time the order was placed. Minimum Order: Do to administration overhead costs our minimum order value is $120. That is to say, you may order several ala carté items that are each under $120 so long as the total of the shopping cart is at least $120. Delivery Charge: Deliver is included in the price of our Sides, Quarters and a la carté orders of at least $225.00, to customers in the Sydney / Canberra corridor area. For orders less than $225.00, a delivery charge of $25.00 will be applicable to customers within 75 kilometers of the farm, and a $45.00 charge for deliveries to the Sydney area. Overs and Unders:
Payment Methods: Customers can securely pay for their order by VISA or MasterCard credit cards at the time of placing their order online. A 12.5% deposit will be taken at the time of placing the order, and the balance will be charged 15 days prior to the delivery date. We do offer a facility were the balance can be split into two payments. This attracts an administrative surcharge of $45 at the time of deposit. If this splitting facility is chosen then half of the balance will be charged 15 days prior to delivery and the balance one month later. We do not have the facilities to charge more than one credit card at a time per order. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Because our beef is processed specifically for you, there are some limitations and penalties that you should understand. Generally if you cancel or reschedule your order not less than 16 days prior to delivery you'll receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellation less than 16 days prior to delivery may encounter a financial penalty including loss of the 12.5% deposit. For full details see Terms and Conditions. Verify Your Freezer SizeMost of your order will probably need to be frozen until you are ready to cook and serve it. Before placing your order you should confirm your freezer capacity for the portion of your order that you will not consume within the first two days after delivery (which can be stored under normal refrigeration). Our experience is that about 80% of the manufacturer rated freezer capacity is available for food storage after allowing for ice trays, racks, and lights. For example, if your freezer is rated with 120 kgs of storage capacity, it should store about 80 kgs of food. When estimating your freezer's capacity remember to consider how much space your other frozen items require too, such as ice cream and frozen vegetables.
