Getting Started
Simple steps to order Landtasia farm fresh produce directly. An Account
The first step is to fill out an account form. You can do this by clicking on the button labelled, “Apply for an Account”. At present we are only serving people from the Sydney and Canberra regions. Ordering StepsLandtasia’s online ordering is a little different than other ordering systems. In addition to selecting the item, you also need to select cutting options and select a delivery date.
Steps 1 to 3 can be repeated to add more than one item to your order.
Delivery Dates: Each month will generally have one or more green or orange highlighted days when deliveries for the items you've selected can be scheduled. The system will automatically allocate the soonest available delivery date. To choose a later delivery date, select the produce item then click on the green calendar date you prefer. You can place orders for up to 2 months in advance. After you have finished selecting delivery dates for each item, press Next to proceed to Order Confirmation and Payment. Payments: Presently Landtasia accepts payment by MasterCard and VISA credit card. At the time of placing the order a deposit of 12.5% of the order is charged, with the balance charged 15 days prior to delivery. Due to the custom nature of our Side and Quarter beef orders, you can cancel your order up to 16 days prior to delivery and receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellation after that may encounter a penalty. See Terms. If you have any questions please contact our Customer Service Manager on 02-6238-0565. Preparation and Delivery
Your order will be prepared by our butcher according to the cutting options you chose. If you do not make option preferences then the butcher will prepare your cuts according to our normal options.
He will label each package with the cut name, weight and packing date. While your order is being prepared our Customer Service Manager will call to remind you of the delivery day and time. Once completed, our refrigerated delivery van will bring your order to you. We always welcome your comments regarding how to improve our service and produce.
